From fitness studios to creative spaces, gastronomy, neighbourhood hotspots and high jinx, Commercial Quay offers the platform and the premises for all manner of entertainment and lifestyle concepts against the backdrop of Leith’s historic shoreline.

Need to clear your head? Stroll along The Shore or if you’re feeling energetic, cross the bridge and carry on along the Water of Leith Walkway, which runs for over 12 miles. Bikes are allowed, cars not.

As for eating and drinking, we’re pretty spoiled for choice, with a plethora of good cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.

Should you find yourself working over the weekend, The Pitt Market – just 10-minutes walk from Commercial Quay – is an absolute local gem, serving up some of Scotland’s freshest street food.
